So many "ah-ha" moments: I have taken a few courses like this one, and yet none have been like this one. The way you explain the concept has been waaaaaay more effective than other courses. I recently discovered I have ADHD and that therefore, most advice doesn't work for me. That was freeing and frightening at the same time! But really - I think your approach is THE THING for me. - Social Media is not really necessary
- We don't want forever subscribers, we want buyers (this alone!)
- How to bridge into another industry or craft (genius)
- Seeing things as an experiment, not a be-all-end-all-thing
- That how-to content and tutorials are not necessary and mostly not the most fun content (strongly agree)
- That long e-mails may give a bad feeling for the reader while shorter content pieces give them a sense of accomplishment and joy (best news in WEEKS)
- There is only so little content necessary
- The super short nurture cycle! (Ain't nobody has time for months-long foreplay!)
- We don't have to give give give our whole souls before we can sell anything

I can't narrow it to one big ah-ha moment I’ve had, so here is my list 😉
1. The simple litmus test for each stage as a way of understanding if you're on the right track are genius.
2. I needed to be told that it's OK to not build a "hoard of devoted buyers" but simply create a piece of IP that you keep bringing NEW people to on a consistent basis. It's fucking liberating.
3. I can have 10 selfish IPs going simultaneously without them taking all my time to run because the work is done in the intense set up phase, NOT CONTINUOUSLY FOR THE REST OF MY FORESEEABLE FUTURE...which I'd dream of being mercifully short if I did it the 'standard' launch way.
4. That it's OK to have a business and see if it goes well, and if you like it and then step away and start again if you don't like it.
5. The concept. It's all about the concept. It's so obvious once you point it out. But bugger me (sorry, not a great phase 😉) if it hasn't opened up my world to a FUN and EXCITING way to view developing an online business.
6. It makes me want to set up an IP business for each of my kids and see if it could tick over for even a year or so and make them a pot of money to use to live their best lives as they get older because I don't ever want them to feel trapped into 'standard' jobs because of money. They might not have the chance to met 'an Ash' to give them the answers the way I did, so I can start it for them now.
7. I love how honest and open you are, Ash, about the Beta truly being a developing phase. ITS ALL OK TO DO AND TRY!!!
